Dave Daniels maintains a distinguished career as a Senior Procurement Analyst with the U.S. Army DEVCOM Ground Vehicle Systems Center, where he plays a key role in procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and acquisition planning.
Over nearly two decades in federal contracting, he has held leadership roles within the U.S. Army Contracting Command, serving as both an Agreements Officer and Procurement Contracting Officer, managing high-value contracts and agreements that have contributed to national defense initiatives.
Dave’s expertise spans major systems acquisition, strategic planning, talent development, and emotional intelligence, making him a trusted advisor in both defense and business leadership.
Education & Certifications
Dave holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Development from the same institution (2000-2002). He also earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Aviation Electronics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (1994-1996).
Additionally, he is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and Leadership Analyst, bringing high-impact leadership training to both the defense and private sectors. Through his certifications with the John Maxwell Company, he specializes in employee engagement, emotional intelligence, organizational psychology, and talent development—helping individuals and teams maximize their potential.

James Dinardo is a disabled U.S. Navy veteran, entrepreneur and dedicated father of four with a deep passion for family, business and veteran advocacy.
With an extensive business portfolio, he leads multiple ventures across industries, including OutsourceAdvantage.com -Disabled Veteran Ventures, Inc. DVVI, HotelStaff.com, Patriot USA and American Liberty Holdings Corporation.
As a seasoned executive, James oversees a diverse and talented workforce that spans six time zones, delivering services that reflect his commitment to excellence and leadership.
James background includes fostering and bulding long standing relationships with many of the world's most recognized and admired companies.
A proud veteran, James served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 1996 in the Western Pacific with Helicopter Squadron Six, a combat search and rescue squadron, earning multiple commendations for his service.
James is a Forbes Business Council Member and contributor.
James is actively involved in community development. He hosts “The Front Desk” on HotelStaff.TV, a platform for hospitality professionals and the host of “Dancing on a Volcano,” a video podcast that explores leadership, entrepreneurship and life's challenges.
Jim continues to inspire others through his leadership and service to both his country and community.
